Is Your Child Struggling With…

• Constant “what if” thinking that’s hard to turn off
• Worry about making mistakes or getting things wrong
• Avoiding new or uncomfortable situations
• Overthinking friendships or social situations
• Saying “I can’t” before even trying

If this sounds familiar, your child may be struggling with worry, self-doubt, or low confidence—and may not yet have the tools to handle these challenges effectively.

Through structured coaching, children learn how to:

✔ Feel calmer and more in control of their thoughts
✔ Develop a stronger sense of self-belief
✔ Approach challenges without shutting down or avoiding

The Good News

Confidence is something children can learn.

With the right tools and support, children can begin to manage worry, approach challenges differently, and feel more capable in themselves.

Through coaching, your child can learn how to:

• Calm racing or “what if” thoughts
• Handle strong emotions in a more helpful way
• Face situations they’ve been avoiding
• Respond to mistakes without shutting down
• Trust their abilities—even when something feels hard

These years don’t have to define their limits. Instead, they can become the foundation for lasting confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self-belief.

About Jennifer

I’m a Child Confidence & Mindset Coach and the founder of Shine Bright Counselling & Coaching Services.

As a Certified Adventures in Wisdom® Coach, Certified Play Therapist, and Registered Social Worker, I’ve spent years supporting children who struggle with worry, self-doubt, and low confidence.

What I’ve seen time and time again is that these children are capable, thoughtful, and sensitive—they simply haven’t yet learned the skills to approach challenges in a more confident and capable way.

That’s what led me to create Shine Bright.

Through structured, strengths-based coaching, I help children ages 7–11 manage worry, build confidence, and develop practical skills to handle challenges at school and in everyday life.
