Free Consultation

Jennifer offers a free consultation to help determine whether counselling support may be a good fit for you or your child.

Session Fees & Insurance

Session Fee: $180 per 50-minute session for both child and adult counselling.

Services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) may be covered in full or in part by extended health benefit plans. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.

Payment is expected immediately following each session by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement once payment is received.

Virtual & In-Person Counselling

Virtual counselling sessions are available across Ontario.

In-person counselling sessions may also be available depending on location and availability.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointment availability for all clients, the following notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling:

• In-person sessions: 48 hours’ notice
• Virtual sessions: 24 hours’ notice

Appointments cancelled without the required notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
