Free Consultation

Jennifer offers a free consultation to briefly discuss what you or your child are experiencing, answer initial questions and determine whether her therapy services may be a good fit. The consultation is not a therapy session and does not commit you to booking an appointment.

Session Fees and Insurance

The fee for child and adult therapy is $180 per 50-minute session.

Services provided by a Registered Social Worker may be covered in full or in part by an extended health benefit plan. Coverage varies, so please confirm that your plan includes services provided by an M.S.W., RSW.

Payment is due immediately following each session and may be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer. A receipt is provided once payment has been received.

Virtual and In-Person Therapy

In-person therapy appointments are available in Bradford.

Virtual therapy is available to adults and, when appropriate, children located anywhere in Ontario.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an in-person or virtual appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
